Shipping policy

Orders placed with the Nautical Research Guild typically ship within a few days.  Some orders may take up to 10 days to ship.  You will be contacted if any items you ordered are not currently available or are on backorder.

Items will not be shipped until the order is paid in full.

Most orders are shipped by USPS, using Media Mail, First Class Mail, or Priority Mail.  Delivery times vary based on the product being ordered and the destination.

The NRG is not responsible for items lost in shipping or for delivery problems. Once your order has shipped, the NRG no longer has any control over shipment or delivery - this is completely under the control of USPS.  The NRG is not responsible for delays, lost items, or items that were shipped to incorrect addresses that were entered at the time of purchase.

International customers may experience significantly longer delivery times which are beyond the control of the NRG.  International customers may be required to pay additional import taxes or customs fees at the time of delivery, subject to local laws.
