About the Authors

Steve Lund

A serious scale modeler since his teens, his interest in Civil War history inspired the subject matter for this book.  He was an aerospace engineer manager and law enforcement pilot, having served as an Army aviator in Vietnam and the reserves.  He lives in Southern California with his wife and replica ship models.

Bill Hathaway

A retired engineer and a graduate of Texas A&M, he has been an avid ship modeler and inventor for over 30 years.  He is a former Army aviator and lives in Texas with his wife, four cats, and two parrots.
